AI software that does the tedious work your team dreads

We write models that read invoices, flag supply-chain anomalies, and forecast demand for mid-size manufacturers and distributors across Quebec. You keep your existing tools; we plug in beside them.

The real problems we solve

Most AI pitches start with buzzwords. Ours starts with the headache you already have.

Manual document entry eats 20+ hours per week

Your team re-keys purchase orders, bills of lading, and supplier invoices into an ERP that could accept structured data if someone built the bridge. We build that bridge with an OCR pipeline tuned to your actual document formats, not a generic template.

Our fix: custom extraction models

We train a model on 200 of your real documents. After two weeks of iteration it reads new documents at 96% field-level accuracy. A human reviewer handles only the flagged 4%, cutting data-entry labour by roughly 85%.

Demand forecasts rely on gut feeling

Spreadsheet-based forecasting misses seasonal micro-patterns and ignores external signals like raw-material price shifts. Overstock ties up cash; understock loses sales.

Our fix: time-series forecasting tuned to your SKU mix

We combine your sales history, supplier lead times, and publicly available commodity indices into a model that updates weekly. Clients typically see a 30% reduction in safety-stock value within six months.

What we build

Every project ships as a containerised service that runs on your infrastructure or ours. No vendor lock-in.

Document intelligence

OCR plus natural-language extraction for invoices, packing slips, contracts, and inspection reports. Outputs land directly in your ERP or database via API.

Demand and inventory forecasting

Time-series models trained on your transaction data, enriched with external signals. Weekly retraining keeps drift under control without manual intervention.

Anomaly detection

Real-time monitoring for manufacturing sensor streams, financial transactions, or logistics data. Alerts fire within seconds, not hours, so your ops team can act before damage compounds.

Internal knowledge assistants

A retrieval-augmented chatbot trained on your SOPs, product specs, and support tickets. Employees ask questions in plain language and get sourced answers instead of digging through SharePoint.

Data pipeline engineering

Before any model can train, your data needs to be clean and connected. We design ETL pipelines that pull from ERPs, IoT gateways, and third-party APIs into a single, versioned data lake.

Model monitoring and retraining

Accuracy decays when the world changes. We set up drift-detection dashboards and automated retraining triggers so your models stay reliable quarter after quarter.

From first call to production in 12 weeks

We follow a fixed sequence because surprises in AI projects usually mean budget overruns.

Week 1 – 2: Data audit

We connect to your systems (read-only), profile the data quality, and identify the two or three use cases with the highest payoff. You get a written report with expected accuracy ranges and cost estimates.

Week 3 – 5: Prototype

A working model runs against a held-out test set. We share a live dashboard where your team can inspect predictions, flag errors, and see confusion matrices. No black boxes.

Week 6 – 8: Integration

The model becomes an API endpoint. We write the connectors to your ERP, warehouse management system, or BI tool. Parallel runs against your current process validate that outputs match or beat human performance.

Week 9 – 10: Hardening

Load testing, failover configuration, logging, and alerting. We document every endpoint, every environment variable, and every retraining trigger.

Week 11 – 12: Handoff and training

Your team gets a half-day workshop on interpreting model outputs, adjusting thresholds, and triggering retraining. We stay on a support retainer for 90 days after go-live at no extra charge.

Results from real deployments

Names anonymised per client agreements, but the numbers are audited.

Quebec food distributor, 350 employees

Replaced manual invoice entry for 14 supplier formats. The extraction pipeline processes 1,200 invoices per day and escalates only 38 to a human reviewer.

Result: $210K annual labour savings, 97.2% field accuracy

Montréal plastics manufacturer, 120 employees

Deployed anomaly detection on 48 injection-moulding sensors. The system caught a bearing-wear pattern 11 days before the previous maintenance schedule would have inspected it.

Result: avoided an estimated $85K unplanned downtime event

Questions we hear often

No. We handle model development, deployment, and monitoring. Your team only needs someone who understands the business context well enough to validate outputs, which is usually the operations manager or a senior analyst you already employ.
On Canadian servers. We deploy to either your own infrastructure or a Canadian-region cloud provider (AWS ca-central-1 or Azure Canada Central). Data never leaves the country unless you explicitly request it.
Most of our clients start with messy data. The data audit in weeks one and two quantifies exactly how messy it is, and our pipeline engineering service cleans and normalises it before any model trains. Cleaning is included in the project scope, not billed as an add-on.
A single-use-case project (for example, invoice extraction for up to 10 document formats) runs between $45,000 and $75,000 CAD, including 90 days of post-launch support. Multi-use-case engagements are priced per scope after the data audit.
We have built connectors for SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage 300, and several homegrown systems running on PostgreSQL or SQL Server. If your ERP exposes an API or accepts CSV imports, we can integrate with it.
